Refund & Exchange
As the receiver, it will be your sole responsibility to track your order and submit necessary requirements to the customs or courier otherwise if the order has been tagged as return to sender or unsuccessful delivery due to the receiver not being able to follow-up or have not submitted the necessary requirements or notification to the courier, we are not able to process any refund or replacement for free and you may need to place the order again.
For products with confirmed quality problems, you can choose to resend a new package or get a full refund; for items without quality problems, if you choose to refund, you need to return the product to us, and the return shipping cost is borne by the buyer. In addition, The refund doesn't include the shipping fee you paid when you placed the order.

Notes:After you send the product back, you need to provide us with a trackable logistics order number. We do not accept any refunds for orders that cannot be tracked. We will refund to your payment account within 14 days of receiving your returned product.
If you need a different size, color or product, please return your item(s) for a refund and place a new order at your convenience. If Aixben sent out an incorrect item or size, we will replace the item at no cost to you - shipping included.
Within 30 days from receiving your order, you can choose to return or exchange items.
Please return items in a New, Unused and Unworn condition with all tags attached. If the condition of the product shipped back to us is not in acceptable condition, we reserve the right to not refund or exchange.
Change or Cancel your order
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order. Make sure to provide your order number and the modification you would like to make. Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be modified or canceled.
